Sunrise GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Sunrise”) is organizing until 30.09.2024 a competition for advertising purposes in Switzerland. You must enter your e-mail address to take part.
1.1 Only natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and reside in Switzerland are eligible to participate.
1.2 Participants are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and usability of the data provided. Providing incorrect information is at the expense of the participant. Sunrise does not assume any liability in this regard.
1.3 By participating in the prize draw, participants agree to the following conditions of participation.
1.4 The enumerator’s decision is final.
Registration deadline: The online registration will be closed on 30.09.2024. Participation at a later date will not be considered.
3.1 Entering the competition: Enter your e-mail address and participation code. Winners will be notified by e-mail. Prizes will be delivered by mail.
3.2 Entitlement to the prize: If a winner cannot be reached by mail or e-mail for reasons related to him or her, the right to the prize shall expire after 20 working days.

4.1.1 Winners will be notified by e-mail.
4.1.2 Cash payment of prizes is excluded.
5.1 To the extent permitted by law, Sunrise assumes no liability for errors or misprints, as well as for damage that may arise in connection with the provision and usage of the prizes, unless they can be attributed to the intentional or gross negligence of Sunrise.
5.2 Sunrise reserves the right to exclude persons who are suspected of using unauthorized aids while participating in the prize draw or attempting to gain an advantage for themselves or third parties through manipulation. In these cases, a retention or reclamation of the prize will be considered.
5.3 Competing service providers are excluded from participation.
5.4 Prizes are not transferable to third parties.
5.5 Sunrise and the participating companies do not accept any liability for data loss, in particular in the form of data transfers and other technical defects.
5.6 Sunrise reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
5.7 Sunrise reserves the right to end the prize draw without notice if its execution cannot be guaranteed for legal or factual reasons.
5.8 Swiss law shall apply to these conditions of participation. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid in whole or in part, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
6.1 The data provided by participants will be processed and stored electronically for the duration of the competition by Sunrise and service providers commissioned by Sunrise. Participants consent to this storage and the associated transfers between Sunrise GmbH and the service providers. Participants have the right to request information about the stored content and can request the deletion of the data at any time. Contact options can be found in the legal notice and in the privacy notices on the respective websites.
