Sunrise GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Sunrise”) is organizing until 28.02.2025 a competition for advertising purposes in Switzerland. You must enter your e-mail address to participate.
1.1 Only natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and reside in Switzerland are eligible to participate.
1.2 Participants are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and usability of the data provided. Incorrect information is at their expense. Sunrise also rejects any liability in this context.
1.3 By participating in the prize draw, participants agree to the following conditions of participation.
1.4 The enumerator’s decision is final.
Registration deadline: The online registration will be closed on 28.02.2025. Participation at a later date will not be considered.
3.1 Participation in the competition: Enter your e-mail address and the participation code. Winners will be notified by e-mail. The prizes will be delivered by post.
3.2 Entitlement to the prize: If a winner cannot be reached by mail or e-mail for reasons related to him or her, the right to the prize shall expire after 20 working days.

4.1.2 Cash payment of prizes is excluded.
5.1 To the extent permitted by law, Sunrise assumes no liability for errors or misprints, as well as for damage that may arise in connection with the provision and usage of the prizes, unless they can be attributed to the intentional or gross negligence of Sunrise.
5.2 Sunrise reserves the right to exclude persons who are suspected of using unauthorized means to participate in the competition or attempting to gain an advantage for themselves or third parties through manipulation. In such cases, the prize may be withheld or reclaimed.
5.3 Competing service providers are excluded from participation.
5.4 Prizes are not transferable to third parties.
5.5 Sunrise and the participating companies do not accept any liability for data loss, in particular in the form of data transfers and other technical defects.
5.6 Sunrise reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
5.7 Sunrise reserves the right to end the prize draw without notice if its execution cannot be guaranteed for legal or factual reasons.
5.8 These Terms and Conditions of Participation are governed by Swiss law. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
6.1 The data provided by participants will be electronically processed and stored by Sunrise and service providers commissioned by Sunrise for the duration of the competition for the purpose of conducting and handling the competition. Participants agree to this storage and the associated transfers between Sunrise GmbH and the service providers. Participants have the right to request information about the stored content and can request the deletion of the data at any time. Contact details can be found in the legal notice and the data protection notices of the respective websites.
