In such cases, the prize may be withheld or reclaimed. <\/p>\n<p>5.3 Competing service providers are excluded from participation.<\/p>\n<p>5.4 Prizes are not transferable to third parties.<\/p>\n<p>5.5 Sunrise and the participating companies do not accept any liability for data loss, in particular in the form of data transfers and other technical defects.<\/p>\n<p>5.6 Sunrise reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.<\/p>\n<p>5.7 Sunrise reserves the right to end the prize draw without notice if its execution cannot be guaranteed for legal or factual reasons.<\/p>\n<p>5.8 These Terms and Conditions of Participation are governed by Swiss law. Participants have the right to request information about the stored content and can request the deletion of the data at any time.
